Organic and sustainable apparel companies have been on the rise in the last couple of years. With the increase of awareness for our planet’s health, there was a need to find other alternative ways of manufacturing clothing, which weren’t harmful and detrimental to the environment.
One brand in particular, has been racking up the benefits of the trend of organic clothing. Its name? Pact.
I phrased that a bit harshly, but the point I’m trying to make is, it’s not bad getting attention for a good thing such as sustainable apparel. That is, so long as the clothing manufactured from that brand, in this case Pact, is sufficiently high-quality and practical.
We reviewed Pact, to see once and for all, is it even better than conventional brands that use conventional means of manufacturing. We’ll also talk about whether Pact is a good fit for you or your loved ones.

Is It Really Organic & Sustainable? – Pact

Generally, these days, we can’t be too careful. With hundreds if not thousands of brands making bold claims, it is hard to distinguish the truth and false marketing.
That’s not the case with Pact! Pact is fully organic and sustainable. It utilizes mainly organic cotton to manufacture their apparel, with using less water, and none harmful dyes or chemical substances. The organic cotton that Pact uses is apparently called “Earth’s Favorite”.
Pact is a partner with Fair Trade Certified factories, which ensures that the factories are top-of-the-line, with safe working conditions, fair with wages, and a lot of emphasis on the environment.
Furthermore, customers can offset the carbon footprint of their shipments as well. All in all, it is pretty obvious that Pact is making huge efforts into being completely organic and sustainable.
Ratings Breakdown
Before we go any further though, let’s quickly rate Pact on things like quality, value, customer experience, and branding.
QUALITY

The fabrics feel exceptionally high-quality. Although, make sure to follow Pact’s care instructions to ensure that your apparel stays in good shape. A fraction of users have reported color loss.
VALUE

I was surprised of how affordable some things are from Pact. Sure, it can get more expensive than some conventional manufacturers, but considering the fact it is made from pure organic cotton, it has a good value.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Pact is relatively famous now, and their customer base is growing by the minute. Maybe that’s why customers had mixed experience with customer service. For now, we would like to see Pact invest in those areas, at the moment it gets only four out of five stars.
BRAND

I mean, Pact is as good as it gets. It has some competitors in the same niche, but overall, it is one of the best. It has great branding as well.
Everything To Know About Pact
Quality
It is no secret that some customers have reported color loss, specifically on darker gradient colors, as I’ve mentioned earlier.
That’s why I urge you, if you choose to get something from Pact, make sure to follow the instructions on Pact’s website on how to wash and dry certain apparel items. For each piece, there are instructions on how to care for it and from what materials it is made from.
Other than that, the quality is truly exceptional. A lot of customers have praised it, and many of them noted that it felt like wearing a cloud.
This is thanks to Pact’s trademark – Earth’s Favorite organic cotton. Their cotton is GOTS certified.
Sizes
Because online shopping for clothing has some complications in general, mainly about getting the correct size, Pact seems to have put a lot of effort into ensuring that their customers have the necessary information about nailing your correct size.
What I mean is, Pact has a size guide, in which each of the letter sizes- XS, S, M, L, etc. have the exact measurement for waist, bust, hip, and lower hip, in inches.
You’ll only need a measurement tool, and a couple of minutes of time, and you should be able to nail your exact size easily.
Material Feel & Practicality
Like I mentioned before, most of the items of clothing from Pact feel very smooth and cloud-like.
However, there are some models which I’m not a fan of at all. Specifically, the Lightweight Hemp Utility Jumpsuit, the Vintage Relaxed Hoodie, Woven Field Jacket, and a couple of others.
Compared to Pact’s usual style, these feel a lot more fixed and not as versatile. I found that they’re unforgiving to basic movements, as they’re not as stretchy as most of the other items that Pact has.
In any case, this might be subjective, although I thought I should mention it anyways. Also, I’ve only managed to bump into these issues with the above-mentioned items, and a couple of others. The vast majority of Pact’s repertoire is as you would expect, perfect.
Pact Organic Clothing: Pros & Cons
Use this as a kind of a TL;DR about Pact. We mention all of the positives and negatives below, in a pros and cons list:
PROS
- Cloud-like clothing
- Very lightweight
- High-quality
- Versatile
- Organic and sustainable
- Affordable
- Great designs
CONS
- Unforgiving when it comes to washing and caring. Consult the individual care guide for any of the items you get before washing
Pact’s Best Sellers
Super Soft Bra Camisole 3-Pack

I’m not one for bra camisoles, but the Super Soft camisole from Pact is out of this world. If you’re looking for comfort and light support, this is it. It’s not anything too crazy where it would be tight and very supportive, but I think it does a good job of being balanced. It’s comfortable and yet sufficiently supportive.
Usually, camisoles are known to shrink and/or distort in size. However, there were numerous reviews by customers stating that their super soft camisole didn’t change at all in size.
Even if you don’t prefer camisoles like I did back in the day, you might switch after wearing this one. Not an exaggeration, it is simply that good.
I got the white camisoles, but I’m not sure whether there are more colors, since I couldn’t find any others on Pact’s site. Sizing is from XS to XXL, and it is made up of 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane. Highly recommended.
Airplane Cardigan

This isn’t the traditional looking cardigan. Instead of having clear stitching patterns, it is much more modern and smoother. It is very soft to the touch and highly comfortable. It is not for everyone though.
I’m not a fan of cardigans, and that’s mainly why I say it isn’t for everyone. It is on the longer side of cardigans, but some of the colors look really cool if I’m honest. Particularly, the saddle heather and dark plum colors, simply unique.
Sizes vary from S up to XXL, and it is made up of 100% organic cotton. Furthermore, I didn’t notice any distortion to its size after a couple of times in the laundry machine.
Revive Swing Dress

I love this Revive Swing Dress. Basically, it’s a short and square dress, but it does go really well with some high-collar leather boots. I’m not sure about most of you, but I think it can be worn both to formal events, and to casual ones.
The Revive Swing Dress isn’t as thin as most customers believe it is upon first impression. It is much thicker than the Airplane Cardigan for example, but it is still very well-made and it does give you a lot of versatility and breathability.
The cedar and the black colors are my personal favorite, but it does come in dark plum or mink grey. Sizes are from XS to XXL, and it is made from 74% organic cotton, 21% recycled polyester, and 5% elastane.
Go-To Pocket Leggings

These Go-To Pocket Leggings have a great value.
They look really good I’ll give them that, but they’re not for me. But if you’re looking for organic leggings made from cotton and elastane, it doesn’t get any better than this, especially any cheaper, since they only cost a fraction of some of the other similar leggings on the market.
The fit is great from what we’ve managed to derive from the thousands of reviews, and once again, they do hold up over time, pretty nicely. Sizes range from XS to XXL, although most of the time, some sizes are sold out. There are a lot more colors to choose from here, nine in total.
My personal favorites are cedar, charcoal heather, and army green heather. Lastly, these leggings are 89% cotton and 11% elastane.
Classic Fit Bikini 6-Pack

If you’re looking for some comfortable undies Pact has some unique repertoire of underwear. Also, on a side note, the men’s underwear has an overwhelming number of positive reviews. Apparently, it is very soft and comfortable, but I can’t vouch for those.
I can vouch for the classic fit bikinis though. These are very comfortable and really affordable. For a fraction of the price of some other manufacturers, you’re getting unbelievable comfort and breathability. Not to mention how lightweight these feel.
I love all of the styles, but warm neutrals and heather basics are really cool.
The fit is true-to-size, and they’re made up of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. These are probably one of the most comfortable undies ever.
The Verdict: Is Pact Clothing Really That Good?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not completely sold on Pact, yet. Yes, the majority of the products they have are really impressive, mostly of how breathable, comfortable, or lightweight they are. But some products, aren’t as good.
I mentioned a few of them above, but overall, if I’m honest, I can easily say that Pact is impressive, especially their best sellers.
Usually with these organic and sustainable brands, I don’t expect that much. I immediately presume that those two things: ‘organic’ and ‘sustainable’ are mainly marketing plots. However, Pact upon further inspection, Pact is a serious company with some really impressive apparel.
I would highly recommend Pact to anyone who wants organic and sustainable clothing, like I have done in the past to some of my close friends and family. Well done, Pact.
