Ka’Chava Products

Ka’Chava made things quite simple – one product for all. Ka’Chava meal replacement shake comes in 5 different taste options – vanilla, chocolate, coconut acai, chai, and matcha. Each one contains 25g of protein, 9g of fiber, and 20% or more of 26 essential vitamins and minerals. What makes Ka’Chave unique is that its meal replacement shake has over 85 superfoods instead of preservatives and artificial sweeteners. Also, it is vegan, soy, and lactose-free, as well as gluten-free. The superfoods I mentioned could easily be categorized so you can have a clear picture of what’s inside. 85+ superfoods are divided into 9 categories:

  • Plant protein blend
  • Adaptogen blend
  • Antioxidant (super-fruit blend)
  • Omega EFA (fiber blend)
  • Super greens (vegetable blend)
  • Digestive enzyme blend
  • Probiotics (prebiotic blend)
  • Vitamin blend
  • Mineral blend

Sacha inchi, camu camu berry, reishi mushroom, and chlorella are just some super beneficial superfoods that Ka’Chava shake contains.

Those ingredients help with weight loss and improve your immune system and cholesterol levels. They also have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and some of them, like reishi mushrooms, reduce anxiety and fight depression.

Another great thing about Ka’Chava shake is that it’s for everyone – for those who want to lose weight, those who want to have a super healthy and nutrient-rich meal, bodybuilders, and gym goers. Ka’Chava is even for kids!

Huel Bar v3.1 Review

Almost all protein bars have the same cons – a lot of sugar, a bunch of calories (even more than a regular candy bar), and they’re filled with difficult-to-pronounce and laboratory-made food additives.

Huel Bar contains 200kcal per bar and is naturally gluten-free. Besides essential fats and fiber, it contains all 27 essential vitamins and minerals.

Here’s a nutritional breakdown of one Huel bar

Huel Powder 3.0 Review

Huel Powder v3.0 is basically what Ka’Chava shake is – a nutritionally complete meal in powdered form. All you have to do is mix it with water you’re good to go. Also, you’ll get a free shaker. Just like other Huel products, Huel Powder 3.0 contains all 27 essential vitamins and minerals. It also contains phytonutrients, kombucha, pre-, and probiotics.

One serving of Huel Powder 3.0 contains

Ka’Chava vs Huel – Head to Head Comparison

Let’s compare Ka’Chava and Huel head to head and see which one proves better in various categories such as health benefits, subscription, and customer service.

Health Benefits

Huel did a great job offering a variety of products and still managing to keep all 27 essential vitamins and minerals in each one of them. The products are vegan, without GMOs, and they are made of sustainable ingredients. Also, the products are rich in protein and low in carbs, making them an excellent meal replacement option for gym-goers and basically everyone else.

Ka’Chava offers only one product, but it’s a hell of a product. Ka’Chava shake is available in different flavors and each one of them contains 85+ superfoods. This nutrient-filled shake has numerous health benefits thanks to, already mentioned superfoods.

Sacha inchi, camu camu berry, reishi mushroom, and chlorella are only some of the superfoods and they improve the immune system and cholesterol levels. Besides that, they also have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and some of them, like reishi mushrooms, reduce anxiety and fight depression.

Subscription

Each brand offers a subscription option and I think it’s a great way you keep your healthy meal replacements coming without thinking.

When you subscribe to Ka’Chava you save $10 per bag and you can choose the shipment frequency. There are four options – 15/30/45/60 days. The good news is – you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime. No commitments.

Speaking of Huel, when subscribing, you’ll get 10% off and you can pick how often you want to receive your favorite Huel products, anytime between 1 and 10 weeks! Wow!

Just like with Ka’Chava, you can cancel, modify, or pause your subscription anytime without hidden fees.

Shipping and Returns

Ka’Chava offers free shipping if you order two or more bags of Ka’Chava shake. Also, Ka’Chava offers a few different shipping options – you can opt-in for next-day, 2-3 day, or 4-7 day delivery.

Huel offers free standard shipping on most orders over $59. If your order is under $59, a small shipping fee of $9 will be charged. Standard shipping time is 3-6 business days. Also, Huel is now offering priority shipping – if you order by 1 pm, you will receive your order in 1-2 business days.

Speaking of returns, with Huel, any unopened packages or boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Ka’Chava has the same return policy PLUS they have an “Empty-Bag Policy” which means shoppers can return one bag of each flavor, even if they are empty. This makes Ka’Chava completely risk-free and Ka’Chava offers slightly more shipping options.

The Verdict – Which Meal Replacement Is For You?

In this review I analyzed two amazing brands that truly make meal-replacement shakes and ready-to-drink beverages. The products are not filled with sugar, carbs, and artificial food additives. They are made of real food ingredients, without GMOs, soy, and lactose.

Ka’Chava shake is completely organic, gluten-, soy, and lactose-free. Also, it doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners.

On the other hand, even though Huel products are healthy some of them contain gluten and sweeteners.

Ka’Chava shake contains over 85 superfoods that have miraculous benefits. They help improve your immune system and cholesterol levels. They have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Also, they help reduce anxiety and fight depression.

Huel products are quite beneficial as well, but I wouldn’t say they have such a wide range of benefits as Ka’Chava. The products contain essential vitamins and minerals and they have the perfect balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, and phytonutrients.

Having said that, I’d say – the Ka’Chava shake has more health benefits while the Huel shake focuses on providing energy to face all the challenges the day may throw at you.

The bottom line is, both Ka’Chava and Huel have come up with an excellent way to replace your breakfast in a quick and super healthy way.
